Architecture

James KM Cheng delivered Victoria, BC's first true modern building with Shutters Spa and Residences. At the top of this amazing curving building is a penthouse of unsurpassed architectural splendor. The penthouse owners wanted an interior worthy of the exceptional exterior architecture, and so commissioned James KM Cheng to extend his unique vision to the inside of the building. Unlike so many penthouses with traditional interiors, The Victoria Penthouse is a unique modern living space.

Sitting at the narrow entrance to Victoria's inner harbour, The Victoria Penthouse commands unobstructed world-class views of the inner and outer harbour, as well as the gorge, the Olympic mountains, and every landmark in Victoria.

Construction

In order to ensure that James KM Cheng's unique architectural vision is fully realized, respected local general contractor CW Campbell has been commissioned to build the interior.
